Known to most people as The Pheasant Farm, this unique combination of commercial enterprise and tourist operation, attracts many international and local visitors throughout all seasons.
Gamebirds and gamebird products can be purchased from the farm gate.
This includes the farm’s specialty, Pheasant Sausages…made purely from pheasant, containing no preservative, gluten or fillers.
Also available for sale are feathers for fly tying, millinery or craft work.
If you’re planning a visit to the farm, don’t expect a slick tourist operation…remember it’s a farm and Kevin & Ros are farmers!
What you can expect though, is warm, friendly country hospitality….and a guided tour, which presents and informs about all aspects of the gamebird industry.
As a delightful “extra”, you will be offered a glimpse of many indigenous Australian birds…predominantly parrots…and a chance to view most of the exotic pheasant species, all contentedly residing in their Mallee home with wandering peacocks for company.
